Join the Ten4 team as a Billing Coordinator! The Billing Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring our customer’s monthly telecommunications bills are analyzed for accurate information and paid according to each due date. Billing Coordinators provide a valuable service to our customers by managing the payment of multiple carrier bills for each site within a customer’s portfolio. This entry-level, full-time, fully remote, or a hybrid role (twice per week in office) if located near our Baltimore, MD office. This entry-level role pays between $18.27 to $21.63 per hour, depending on experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review monthly invoices to identify any changes from previous invoices, following workflows to investigate and document findings
  • Research discrepancies on customer bills, including contacting carriers to open inquiries
  • Advocate on behalf of our customers to make appropriate adjustments or credits on invoices from carriers
  • Basic mathematical analysis and dissection of telecom bills  
  • Ensure bills are paid by the assigned deadline 
  • Attend meetings as required 
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner 
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor/company 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Communication with clients, carriers, and other Ten4 team members with clarity and professionalism is vital.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Word and Excel  
  • Team player and can complete tasks independently
  • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently.
